Terms of Service
These terms describe the expected use of Zentova as a business operations platform. Customer contracts or data processing agreements may add more specific obligations for a workspace.

Business use
Zentova is provided for organizations and their authorized users. Users must only access workspaces, records and documents they are permitted to use.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for configuring users, permissions, integrations, notification preferences and workspace data in a lawful and operationally appropriate way.
Service behavior
Zentova may provide CRM, quotation, project, planning, document, approval, time, reporting, integration, notification and AI-assisted features depending on the customer configuration.
No in-app purchases
The iOS app is for existing customer login and workspace access. Subscription purchase, upgrade and payment flows are handled outside the iOS app.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to upload unlawful content, bypass security controls, overload systems, reverse engineer protected components or interfere with other customers.
Support
Support requests can be submitted through the support page or through existing customer support channels.
