Zentova data is usually controlled by the customer workspace. We route privacy and account requests to the right administrator or support process.

Request types
You can request help with data access, correction, export, deletion, account removal, notification token removal or privacy questions.
Workspace-managed accounts
For most business workspaces, account removal and operational record retention are managed by the customer organization and its administrators.
What to include
Include your name, business email, organization, workspace name if known, request type and enough context to identify the relevant account or records.
How requests are handled
Requests are reviewed for identity, workspace authority, legal retention requirements and operational dependencies before action is taken.
