Zentova
Privacy Policy
Zentova is operational business software. This policy summarizes the data we process to run customer workspaces, support the iOS app, protect the platform and handle support or privacy requests.
Last updated: June 14, 2026
Data we process
Zentova may process account and contact identifiers, workspace content, CRM records, project and planning records, documents, approvals, time records, financial workflow data, diagnostics, logs, device push tokens, Microsoft mailbox connection data when enabled, and AI feature data when a workspace chooses to use those features.
Why we process it
We use data to provide the platform, authenticate users, enforce permissions, deliver notifications, maintain audit trails, support integrations, troubleshoot issues, secure the service and respond to support or legal requests.
Mobile notifications
The iOS app uses Apple Push Notification service tokens only to deliver opted-in Zentova notifications. Notification bodies are kept operational and should not contain confidential document or customer detail.
Third-party web assets
The Zentova web app may load Bootstrap and Bootstrap Icons from jsDelivr CDN unless a customer deployment self-hosts those assets. The public portal may load web fonts from Google Fonts.
Processors
Zentova may use infrastructure, email, logging, analytics, Microsoft integration and AI processors where needed to operate enabled features. Processor use is limited to delivering, securing and supporting the service.
Cookies and analytics
The public portal uses Google Analytics and business visitor identification (reverse-IP company lookup) to understand site usage and which organizations visit. These run only after you accept the consent banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Tracking and advertising
Zentova does not sell personal data, does not use third-party advertising tracking and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission in the iOS app unless tracking is introduced in a future version.
Your choices
Workspace administrators manage user access and account removal. Users or administrators can request access, correction, deletion or export support through the data request page.
